It is impossible to to determine a repair price from a phone description. There are literally hundreds of discrete components in any electronic device. Each component failure can cause a number of different or similar symptoms.

We charge an up-front $25.00 estimate fee that will go toward the repair cost. We will completely troubleshoot your device and contact you with a repair estimate. At that point you can decide if you want us to proceed with the repair or not. This reasonable fee covers the time needed to properly diagnose & troubleshoot your device and determine an accurate cost for repair.
